At Sheffield Banners, we take pride in delivering premium-quality printed products with a fast, reliable service. However, because all our banners are made to order, returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Print quality issues (e.g. visible misprints, smudging, or defects)

  • Incorrect product type or wrong size delivered

  • Incomplete finishing, such as missing:

    • Eyelets (metal grommets)

    • Hems

    • Pole pockets

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Email: support@sheffieldbanners.co.uk

  • Include your order number in the subject line

  • Attach clear photographs of the issue, taken from approximately 2 metres away

⚠️ Returns cannot be processed without photographic proof. All claims are reviewed by our team before any resolution is offered.

2. Damaged Packaging on Delivery

If your parcel arrives with visible external damage:

  • Do not accept delivery.

  • Refusing the parcel protects your right to claim for external damage.

  • If you accept a visibly damaged parcel, this may invalidate your return claim for any damage caused in transit.

3. Return Shipping Responsibilities

If your return is authorised:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service

  • We do not accept liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit

Initial shipping fees (from us to you) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items reported after the 24-hour window

  • Artwork approved with spelling, layout, or design issues

  • Orders delayed by the courier (beyond our control)

  • Minor colour variation within a 10–15% tolerance

  • Custom orders with no production defects

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these terms.

5. What Happens After You Return an Item

Once the returned product has been inspected:

  • If the issue is verified, you’ll receive a replacement or refund (your choice)

  • If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued
